Carry-on Fee for Blue Basic Customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Blue Basic fares do not<\/strong> allow a carry-on bag that can be placed in the overhead bin.
The only exceptions are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- Mosaic members (who get a carry-on bag and early boarding with all fares)<\/li>

JetBlue charges a $25 nonrefundable fee per-person on the reservation when you change, cancel, or complete a new booking over the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
